Pope Francis shows pugnacious side: You'd better not insult my mother | The World from PRX
WHAT A COSY PAIR!

Catholicism and Hinduism ‘Join Hands’? Pope Francis and the Vatican for Hindu Feast of Diwali called Roman Catholics and Hindus to ‘Join Hands in the Light’...‘The Vatican extends its most cordial greetings to you on the occasion of Deepavali’ [Nov.4th] stated the October 29 message addressed to the Church’s ‘Hindu friends’. In its message, the Vatican proposed to offer thoughts on how Christians and Hindus can together ‘bring the light of hope in people’s lives in such challenging times. As believers grounded in our own respective religious traditions and as persons with shared vision for and shared responsibility towards humanity, in particular the suffering humanity, may we Christians and Hindus, individually and collectively, and joining hands with people of other religious traditions and of good will, reach out to people who are in despair, to bring light into their lives!’ Under a painting of the New Age Jesus sporting a Luciferian split beard and flashing Masonic hand signs, Pope Francis welcomed the prime minister of India to the Vatican to wish him a Happy Diwali…The Pontifical Council for Interreligious Dialogue issued an official proclamation calling for Roman Catholics to join with Hindus and Buddhists and to ‘walk in the light’ together… (Apostasy Alert, Nov/2021) Editor’s Comment: The feast of Deepavali (Diwali), represents the victory ‘of light over darkness’. The Pope continues to attempt to win over Hindus, Buddhists, Muslims, transgenders and everyone else that has a hankering to worship a christ, just not Jesus Christ. ‘Join hands in the light’? How can this be when Hindus worship a different god and do not know the true Christ? What would a truly saved person share with the Indian people?…The true light comes from the true Christ who gives light (Lk.1:79; 2:32; Jn.1:9; 8:12; 12:46). This light is to shine in a dark world, including the darkness of false religions (Lk.1:79; Jn.1:5; 1Pet.2:9; 2Pet.1:19) and through the Gospel (Acts 26:18; 2Tim 1:10). ‘What communion has light with darkness?’ (2Cor.6:14)? What hypocrisy is this also when Human Rights groups have insisted that Christians now suffer increasing violence and persecution in India?
