One of the most notable episodes in the series, which Hulu released on October 1, is called “The New Nanny” and features a goth witch who uses her dark powers to defend a little boy wearing princess dress from a bully. “With a little magic, the new nanny helps a non-binary child deal with bullies and find self-acceptance,” the episode description on Hulu reads. After more taunting, the nanny stands up, summons a great gust of wind, and blows the bully away. The episode seems to allude to his untimely demise, though the nanny says he will “probably” be fine. All that is left of him is one of his shoes and his cape.

What happens when leftists throw Halloween and their woke agenda into a cauldron and mix it together? The nightmarish result is this year’s “Bite Size Halloween,” a Hulu short film series sponsored by Mars Inc. — the company responsible for some of America’s most popular trick-or-treating candy.

The stunning message of ‘The New Nanny’, who is a witch sent to babysit a non-binary child, is shockingly clear. Accept the demonic transgender movement with all it’s gender-shifting confusion, or you will be ‘taken out of the way’ like the witch does to the bullies who taunt the confused little boy in a dress. Attacks on Christians are becoming commonplace in the West:

These are dark days if you are a Christian. Or a conservative. Or pro-life. Or pro-family. Or outspoken about your faith. If you happen to be all of these things, watch out. What just happened in the UK to Sir David Amess, the Conservative MP who represented Southend West in Essex could happen to any one of us.

On Friday he was knifed to death while he was holding a constituency meeting at Belfairs Methodist Church. He was stabbed at least 12 times and died at the scene. One news report says this: “Horrified constituents waiting to see the veteran MP, who has campaigned to help refugees, watched in horror as the assailant leapt on him just after midday. It turns out his killer was another Muslim import who did not exactly seem to embrace British values and beliefs. Ali Harbi Ali, a 25-year-old British national of Somali heritage is now under arrest. One news report says this of the killer:

The attack has been declared a terrorist incident by police. The early investigation revealed “a potential motivation linked to Islamist extremism”, according to Metropolitan Police’s Counter Terrorism Command. Mr Ali was initially detained on suspicion of murder but was further detained under the Terrorism Act late on Friday. On Saturday, detectives were granted a warrant by magistrates to allow them to keep Mr Ali in custody until Friday 22 October. As vaccination rates increased this spring across the U.S. and other wealthy countries, low-income countries were left behind. In a global effort, Jesuit and other Catholic leaders and partners worldwide committed to advocating on behalf of those without access. 

In February, Jesuit partners in Africa wrote to President Biden and other world leaders, stating that the opposition to the waiver “is contributing to the deepening global crises of inequality.” The Jesuits’ Social Justice and Ecology Secretariat (SJES) on Monday, May 10, also released a statement strongly calling for justice in the global allocation of COVID-19 vaccines. “The Society of Jesus is committed to engaging in advocacy at the local, national, and international levels with like-minded organisations to ensure that all individuals, no matter where they live, have access to the COVID-19 vaccine,” reads the statement from Fr. Xavier Jeyaraj, S.J., Secretary of SJES. “Nobody will be safe from the virus until everyone is safe, underscoring the need for increased justice and solidarity in addressing this global issue.” The statement was signed by the presidents of all six Jesuit conferences worldwide.

The vigils follow on the heels of a letter released by Jesuit ministries last month calling on Washington Governor Inslee to take urgent action to create a fund for workers left out of federal COVID-19 relief. This effort was initially promoted by the Washington Immigrant Solidarity Network (WAISN) in a letter to the Governor and legislative leaders, signed by over 430 organizations across Washington including several Jesuit organizations.

The following statement was issued by the Jesuit Migration Network on March 17, 2020, in response to COVID-19 crisis worldwide, including in the Americas.

The archbishop also noted how the global coronavirus pandemic has slowed humanity’s progressive elimination of extreme poverty.
