Billy Porter explained the decision to wear a gown came from his time in the spotlight, starting on Broadway, and now in a television role. He wrote a letter for Vanity Fair about the gown and channeling masculinity. CHOOSE LIFE: Kentucky Committee Advances Bill to Ban Eugenic Abortions On Babies With Down Syndrome And Other Disabilities

The rate of unborn babies who are aborted after a Down syndrome diagnosis is about 67 percent in the U.S., according to CBS News. Some put the rate as high as 90 percent in the United States, but it is difficult to determine the exact number because the government does not keep detailed statistics about abortion. Indiana was the second state to establish a safeguard to protect unborn children with Down syndrome and other disabilities. Eight states also prohibit sex-selection abortions prior to viability.

Kentucky lawmakers advanced another pro-life bill Wednesday to protect unborn babies with Down Syndrome from eugenic abortion in their state.

The founder of Planned Parenthood, Margaret Sanger, was a firm believer in eugenics. Sanger said “The most successful educational approach to the Negro is through a religious appeal. We don’t want the word to get out that we want to exterminate the Negro population, and the minister is the man who can straighten out that idea if it ever occurs to any of their more rebellious members.” In her autobiography she proudly recounts her address to the women of the Ku Klux Klan in Silver Lake, N.J., in 1926.

This winter, pro-lifers are watching the U.S. Supreme Court closely as it considers a similar Indiana law that bans discriminatory abortions based on an unborn baby’s race, sex or disability.

FROM LIFE NEWS: State House Bill 5 is one of several pro-life measures going through the state legislature this winter. If passed, it would ban discriminatory abortions on unborn babies based on their sex, race or disability, such as Down syndrome. Individuals and facilities that violate the measure could have their licenses revoked.

“This amendment aims to root in law children’s family diversity in administrative forms submitted in school,” said Valérie Petit, MP for the majority REM party of President Emmanuel Macron. The amendment says: “To prevent discrimination, school enrollment, class registers, parental authorisations and all other official forms involving children must mention only Parent 1 and Parent 2.”

Schools in France are to replace the words ‘mother’ and ‘father’ with ‘Parent 1’ and ‘Parent 2’ on official documents. The move is part of an amendment to a new draft education bill, which supporters say seeks to put an end to discrimination against same-sex parents. But critics argue it “de-humanises” parenthood  and could lead to rows over who should be referred to as “parent 1”.

Vatican Officially Releases Chrislam Logo For Pope Francis Upcoming ‘Servant Of Hope’ Tour To The Muslim Nation OF Morocco

The official logo of the Pope’s visit was chosen from about 50 entries in a competition. An explanatory note accompanying the logo's release says that a cross and a crescent in the logo are symbols of Christianity and Islam which highlight the interreligious relations between Christians and Muslims. In fact, during the 2-day trip, Pope Francis will meet the leader of Moroccan Muslims, 800 years after the meeting between St. Francis of Assisi and Sultan Al-Malik al-Kāmil of Egypt.

 The logo has the colours of the two countries: green and red for Morocco, yellow and white (background) for the Vatican.

 The pope’s new logo shows a New Age style cross that is encircled about with the crescent moon of Islam, with the colors of yellow and white for the Vatican, and red and green for Islam. That, my friends, is not only the pope’s new logo, it will also serve as the official logo for Chrislam. I am sure Rick Warren had a hand in all this, just gotta find a link to prove it.
